We’ve created tools and resources for you to easily share and promote your link. Simply copy/paste your Referral Link from your Partner Dashboard into any texts, emails or social media posts. Your Referral Link can also be added to your own website.

Partner Pages is a service we offer for Partners who wish to share a personalized page with clients. Partner Pages has your business logo, business name and product recommendations with Add to Cart functionality for hassle-free shopping. Plus, you also get a personalized link customized according to your salon name. Please note the personalized link is NOT trackable and does NOT replace your Partner Link. Learn more here.

Simply choose between PayPal Direct Payment or Simply Organic Product Credit (extra 5% in commission). It’s important to note that your selected payment method will remain in effect for all of the year, and changes can only be made the following year. 

You will select your payment preference in the partner application. If you choose PayPal you will receive an email with further instructions on how to set up your account. 

Once everything is set up, you can expect payouts from the 5th-8th of each month or receive an email with your product credit details, provided your commission eligibility meets the monthly minimum of $150. If your commission falls below $150, your current commissions will roll over to the following month.

We do! We created this program so you don’t have to worry about the hard stuff. All you have to do is share your link to your clients.

• Missing and damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving their order. The client will need to send a photo of the damaged box and product to hello@holistichairtribe.com.
• Prior authorization is required for all returns. The client will need to email us at hello@holistichairtribe.com within 30 days of receiving their order to begin the return process.
• If they are dissatisfied with a product, we can offer product credit once the return is processed. Please note that they will be responsible for the return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We allow only a one-time exchange. Multiple exchanges or store credits on the same order are not available.

Simply Organic Beauty gives clients 30 days to return unused product. When a refund is processed, commission will be denied.
