Highlight:O&M Ammonia Free Keratin Powder Lightener.
Lowlight:O&M CØR.color 7.34 Golden Copper Blonde. Only pull some of the lowlights all the way through so that the ends stay blonde.
Tone: O&M CØR.color 10.3 Lightest Golden Blonde.
Irish Spring Hair Color Formula
Hair by Tyler Fenix
Mix: 5 grams Oway Hbright+25 grams of Oway Hmilk No Stress Conditioning Treatment+100 drops of Oway Hmelt Blue Charm.
Process: 15 minutes. Result should be a light pastel or yellow green.
Rinse and towel dry the hair.
Glaze: Oway Hmelt Blue Charm directly on ends.
